Ingredients

  • Add your content...Ground beef ½ kg
  • Bread (slices) 4 pcs
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • All spices ½ tsp
  • Shangrila Soy Sauce 2 tbs
  • Shangrila Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
  • Shangrila Smoky BBQ Sauce 2 tbs
  • Oil ¼ cup

Method

  1. Soak some bread slices in water, squeeze them by hand and crumble them.
  2. In a chopper, add ground beef with onion and all the spices, Shangrila sauces, and soaked bread, and chop it well.
  3. Mix everything well and then make walnut-size pieces, roll them into a ball, then press them into a flat oval shape, and put them in a grill pan with ¼ cup oil.
  4. Serve with onion rings and grilled green chillies.
