Ingredients
- Green onion 1 bowl (chopped)
- Onion Half cup (chopped)
- Tomato Two (chopped)
- Green pepper 2 (slices)
- Carrot 2 (chopped)
- Sweet corns ½ cup
- Cheese slices 1 pack
- Chicken (boiled) Shredded (250 gm)
- Brown bread 1 pack
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chilies 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs ½ tsp
- Soy Sauce (per taste)
- Vinegar ½ tsp
- Salt (per taste)
Method
- Heat a pot and add 1 tsp olive oil in it. Then add chicken and fry it. Add all the vegetables and fry them until they are crispy. Then add sweet corn and mix them well. Add salt, red chilies, cumin seeds and black pepper. Keep stirring the mixture until it's well cooked. Then add soy sauce and vinegar. Stir a bit more and then set aside.
- Take a slice of bread and roll it with a pin until it's flat and sticky. Add a slice of cheese and then pour a tablespoon of mixture over the cheese, in the middle of the slice. Roll the bread from one side and seal the edges with water or flour paste.
- Once the rolls are ready, add some olive oil in a griddle and place the rolls on it. Wait for the cheese to melt and roll to get golden brown. Alternatively, bake the roll in an oven to make them crispy and more nutritious.
