Ingredients
- Chicken breast (cubes) 1 piece
- Puff pastry ½ kg
- Capsicum (cubes) 1 unit
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Pizza Sauce 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet corn ½ cup
- Olives (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Method
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients and Shangrila sauces. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add marinated chicken to it and cook until it's done. Then add vegetables, oregano and both the cheese, and let it cool completely. Roll puff pastry, cut into 4 x 4 squares, add the filling, fold into triangles, and brush the top part with egg coating. Do not press the edges. Bake at 200°C for 20 mins, and serve with Shangrila Tomato Ketchup.
