Ingredients
- Boneless Beef 1 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Papaya Paste/ Meat tenderizer - 2 Tbsp
- Red Chili - 2 Tbsp
- Yogurt - 4 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Kabab Cheeni Powder - ½ Tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) - 1 Tsp
- Shangrila Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
- Oil - 4-5 Tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coal as required
Method
- Marinate beef with all seasoning and papaya paste and leave for 1 hour or more in the refrigerator.
- Now place a piece of coal in the beef bowl, add some oil and cover the pot till the smoke settles.
- Cook the beef in a pan until the meat is tender. Now serve hot with Naan and Shangrila Sauces!
