Ingredients

  • Fruiti-O Pomegranate Nectar ½ cup
  • Gelatin 2 tbs
  • Cream cheese 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 4 tbs
  • Condensed milk 2 tbs
  • Cream 2 cups
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Milk 4 tbs

Method

  1. To make this mousse, you’ll have to mix gelatin with Fruiti-O Pomegranate Nectar. Set half of it in a glass and wait for it to set. Once set, start beating the cream cheese. Add in caster sugar, condensed milk and cream. Mix gelatin with milk and dissolve when it gets slightly cold.
  2. Once you have everything mixed and blended well, add the mixture to a glass and put a layer of cream cheese over the pomegranate layer and then let it set. Then add another layer of pomegranate and top it with cream cheese. After a while, add the remaining pomegranate over and let it sit in the fridge to set until it’s ready to serve.
