Ingredients
- Cookies (crushed) 2 cups
- Butter (melted) 4 tbs
- Mango (cubes) as required
- Fruiti-O Mango Nectar 1 cup
- Gelatin ½ tsp
- Corn flour/Custard 4 tbs
- Milk 1 ½ cup
- Sugar 4 tbs
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Mango jelly 1 packet
- Mango (slices) for garnish
- Mint leaves for garnish
Method
- Start by crushing the cookies and adding melted butter to the mixture. Once folded evenly, arrange the mixture on a pie plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes. You can also allow the mixture to cool down at room temperature.
- While your cookie mixture is sitting in the refrigerator to set, prepare the custard by adding mango cubes, Fruiti-O Mango Nectar, and add gelatin in it.
- Once our cookie mixture and the custard are ready, pour the cookie mixture evenly into a glass baking dish, then pour the custard over the cookie base. Place the custard in a fridge and let it cool for 1 hour.
- Once our pie is ready, garnish it with mango slices, cream, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
