Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes 4 large
  • Mozzarella cheese 250 gm
  • Chicken powder 1 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Fresh parsley ½ cup

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, salt, pepper, and chicken powder. Now mash the potatoes with a masher. Start making small balls filling small cheese cubes in the center.
  2. Mix flour with pepper, and salt for coating. Add parsley to bread crumbs in another bowl. Also, beat eggs in another bowl and put them aside.
  3. Start coating cheese balls in flour mix first, then egg mix, and then in bread crumbs. Set these coated cheese balls in a tray, then deep fry for 5-7 min on a medium flame.
  4. You can also freeze these for up to 1 month.
  5. Serve with Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce.
