Ingredients
- Chicken strips - 250gm
- Shangrila Hot Sriracha sauce - 30ml
- Buttermilk - 20ml
- Garlic powder - 10gm
- Onion powder - 10gm
- All-purpose flour - 2 cup
- Salt and pepper as per taste.
- Cayenne pepper - 1 Tbsp
- Dry herbs - for garnish
- Egg - 2 Large
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, add chicken strips, buttermilk, Shangrila Hot Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne spice, salt and pepper and mix it well. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Now to prepare the coating, add flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and set it aside.
- Take each marinated chicken strip and coat first in a flour mix, then eggs mix, then bread crumbs and then again flour mix. Set them on a tray.
- You can freeze these for up to 1 month.
- For frying, add oil to a large pan and start adding tenders but don’t overcrowd the pan.
- Garnish it with mix herbs or fresh parsley when done.
- Serve hot with Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce and Tomato Ketchup
