Ingredients
- Fish (in pieces) ½ kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Potato (sliced) 3 units
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Worcestershire Sauce 6 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt (as per taste)
Method
- Fish Marination - Mix 4 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, and 2 tbsp of chili sauce. Add any herb of your liking and apply the mixture on the fish pieces with the help of a brush.
- Cutting Potatoes - Then cut the potatoes in the shape of chips and leave them to marinate as well, by mixing them with 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce and 2 tbsp of chili sauce.
- Making Dry Mixture - Now mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, and salt in a mixing bowl and dip the fish and chips in the mixture.
- Frying the fish - Fry the fish and chips in a frying pan. When ready, serve them with Hot Habanero sauce.
