Ingredients
- Oil - 1 cup
- Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Boiled Potatoes - 1 cup
- Sweet yoghurt - 1 cup
- Onions - 1/2 cup chopped
- Boiled chickpeas - 1 cup
- Sev - As required
- Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce (As required)
- Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce (As required)
- Papri - As required
- Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Then add curry leaves, chopped garlic, cumin, chilli flakes, boiled potato chunks, and salt. Sauté well.
- Now take a serving bowl, add boiled chickpeas, cooked potatoes, yogurt, and chopped onions.
- Now garnish it with sev, Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce, Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce, chopped coriander And chaat masala as desired.
