These heavenly delicious noodles look perfect on the dining table while inviting a few special guests over.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Strips - 200 gm
  • Shangrila Dark Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Shangrila Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Shangrila Chilli sauce - 2 tsbp
  • Shangrila Vinegar - 2 tsbp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tsbp
  • Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Chicken powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum julienne cut - 1 cup
  • Green chillies sliced - ½ cup
  • Spring onion bias chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger julienne cut - 2 tbsp
  • Boiled spaghetti – 500 gm
  • Add prepared chowmein sauce (as required).

Method

  1. To prepare chowmein sauce, add Shangrila Dark Soy Sauce, Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce, Shangrila Chilli Sauce, Shangrila Vinegar, Tomato sauce, brown sugar, chicken powder, salt and pepper. Whisk it and set aside.
  2. In a wok pan, add oil and sesame oil. Now add ginger garlic paste and stir it until golden brown. Then add chicken strips, chowmein sauce, capsicum, green chilies, and spring onions and stir it quickly. Finally, add noodles and flip wok to combine sauce with noodles.
  3. Serve it with fresh green onions on top.
