Ingredients
- Chicken (skinned pieces) 1 kg
- Shangrila Chilli Sauce 6 tbs
- Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 4 tbs
- Oil for frying
- Salt as per taste
- Shangrila Smokey BBQ Sauce 1 cup
- Shangrila Chilli Sauce ½ cup
- White flour 1 cup
- Rice flour ½ cup
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Chicken powder 4 tbs
- Garlic powder 2 tbs
- White pepper powder 4 tbs
- Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Method
- First sift the white flour, rice flour and corn flour. Then put the flours together in a blender and blend them properly. Now add them in a box and mix them well. Your dry mixture is ready.
- Now add Shangrila Vinegar, Shangrila sauces and salt in a bowl and mix them well. Then add chicken in the mixture and leave it to marinate. After a while, place the chicken in the dry mixture and make sure that the chicken is fully covered with the dry mixture.
- Once the chicken is fully marinated, fry it on medium heat. Serve it with Shangrila Smoky BBQ Sauce and Shangrila Chilli Sauce.
