Ingredients
- Mutton (big pieces) 1 kg
- Flour (kneaded) 400 gms
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 4 tbsp
- Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 units
- Capsicum 2 units
- Green chilies 6 units
- Onion 2 units
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt (as per need)
Method
- Add mutton, garlic, black pepper, cinnamon, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, and salt in a bowl and leave it to marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Now in a separate bowl, add 3 cups of water, add the marinated mutton and seal the lid with the help of flour dough. Let it sit on medium heat for 45-60 minutes.
- When the mutton is ready to serve, dish it out and serve with grilled vegetables.
