Ingredients
- Skinless And Boneless Chicken Breasts - Four Pieces In Total.
- Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Minced Cloves Of Garlic - 4
- Melted Butter - 2 Tbsp
- Dried Italian Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
Method
- Pre-heat the oven on 200 degree celcius for 15 minutes
- In a bowl blend grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter and italian seasoning to form a paste
- On a baking tray place chicken breast pieces
- Pour parmesan mixture on each piece of chicken breast evenly
- The chicken must be cooked for 20 - 25 minutes in the heated oven, with the top part being golden brown and crisp.
- Serve it with salad, rice or veggies (as per your choice)
