Make and freeze these deliciously scrumptious Qeema Samosas to enjoy with your friends and family.
Ingredients
- Beef/Chicken Mince - 300 gm
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 3 tbsp chopped
- Shangrila Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Onions - 1 cup chopped
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Samosa Sheets - 1 pack
- Fresh Coriander - 1 cup chopped
- Oil - for frying For Sticking Paste
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add mince and stir it until mince changes its color. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir it well. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mix it well. Now add Shangrila Lemon Juice and cook on a medium low heat. Once mince is cooked, add chopped onion, chopped fresh coriander and chopped green chilies. Mix it all and set it aside to let it cool.
- Now take each samosa sheet, put a scoop of mince mixture and fold it without leaving it loose. Apply a thick sticking paste to close the edges of the sheet.
- You can freeze these for up to 20 days.
- In a deep wok pan, heat the oil on medium low heat and add qeema samosa. Cooked each side until nicely golden brown.
- Serve hot and crisp with Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce.
