Ingredients

  • Fish (in pieces) ½ kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Potato (sliced) 3 units
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Worcestershire Sauce 6 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt (as per taste)

Method

  1. Fish Marination - Mix 4 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, and 2 tbsp of chili sauce. Add any herb of your liking and apply the mixture on the fish pieces with the help of a brush.
  2. Cutting Potatoes - Then cut the potatoes in the shape of chips and leave them to marinate as well, by mixing them with 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce and 2 tbsp of chili sauce.
  3. Making Dry Mixture - Now mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, and salt in a mixing bowl and dip the fish and chips in the mixture.
  4. Frying the fish - Fry the fish and chips in a frying pan. When ready, serve them with Hot Habanero sauce.
