Can’t decide what to give your kids for lunch that is filling, healthy and delicious at the same time? Here is a recipe to surprise your kids.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough – (as required)
  • Shangrila Pizza Sauce - (as per required)
  • Chicken mince - 150 gm
  • Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce - (as required)
  • Cheddar cheese – 100 gm shredded
  • Mozzarella cheese – 100 gm shredded
  • Black Olive - 3 tbsp
  • Jalapenos - ½ cup
  • Salt - as required
  • Black pepper - (as required)
  • Egg white - 1 large
  • Oregano/Fresh parsley - 10gm

Method

  1. To prepare chicken, add oil in a pan, put chicken and stir it until meat change its color. Now pour Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce, salt and black pepper as required. Cook it until nicely cooked and tender.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a thin layer flat bread, start cutting circles with cutter. Take separate dough circles and put pizza sauce, cooked chicken mince, jalapenos, black olives and cheese and bring corners in the center to form a ball. Repeat the process for all and then set them in a baking tray.
  3. Brush them with egg white and sparkle some oregano/fresh parsley.
  4. Bake for 15-20 mins.
  5. Serve hot with Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce.
