Ingredients

  • 4 large samosa sheets (or spring roll wrappers)
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce

Method

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix boiled mashed potatoes, chopped onions, chaat masala, and Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce. The Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce adds tanginess, while chaat masala gives the signature street-food flavor. Adjust the seasoning as per taste.
  2. Shape the Bombs: Cut the samosa sheets into small squares. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each sheet and fold into small pockets or round balls, sealing the edges with water.
  3. Crisp Them Up: Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry until golden and crispy. Alternatively, brush them with oil and air-fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  4. Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with extra chaat masala and serve hot with Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce or yogurt dip for added flavor.

This Ramadan, add Crispy Chaat Bombs to your iftar table and enjoy a snack that’s crunchy, tangy, and utterly delicious!
