Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes 4 large
- Mozzarella cheese 250 gm
- Chicken powder 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Eggs 2 large
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
- Flour 1 cup
- Fresh parsley ½ cup
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, salt, pepper, and chicken powder. Now mash the potatoes with a masher. Start making small balls filling small cheese cubes in the center.
- Mix flour with pepper, and salt for coating. Add parsley to bread crumbs in another bowl. Also, beat eggs in another bowl and put them aside.
- Start coating cheese balls in flour mix first, then egg mix, and then in bread crumbs. Set these coated cheese balls in a tray, then deep fry for 5-7 min on a medium flame.
- You can also freeze these for up to 1 month.
- Serve with Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce.
