Ingredients
- Bread - 1 large sandwich bread
- Chicken filet - 200 gm
- Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Chicken powder - 1 tbsp
- Cheese slice - 1 pack
- Shangrila BBQ sauce
- Mayonnaise - as required
- Lettuce - 1 bunch
- Tomatoes sliced - 1 large
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl, add chicken fillet and marinate it with Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce, Shangrila Soy Sauce, chicken powder, and ginger garlic paste. Give a quick mix.
- Now put some oil in a pan and add the chicken fillet for frying with lid on, till the meat is tender.
- Take a bread slice, spread mayonnaise on both sides. Add lettuce, sliced tomatoes, fried chicken fillet, and cheese slice. Now drizzle Shangrila BBQ Sauce as required. Cover with another bread slice.
