Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Boiled Potatoes - 1 cup
  • Sweet yoghurt - 1 cup
  • Onions - 1/2 cup chopped
  • Boiled chickpeas - 1 cup
  • Sev - As required
  • Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce (As required)
  • Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce (As required)
  • Papri - As required
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Then add curry leaves, chopped garlic, cumin, chilli flakes, boiled potato chunks, and salt. Sauté well.
  2. Now take a serving bowl, add boiled chickpeas, cooked potatoes, yogurt, and chopped onions.
  3. Now garnish it with sev, Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce, Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce, chopped coriander And chaat masala as desired.
