  2. 2 medium Onions, finely chopped
  3. 6 cloves Garlic, chopped
  4. 1-inch piece Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
  5. 312g prepared condensed tomato soup
  6. 340g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  7. 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  8. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  9. 1/4 cup Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (in place of heavy cream)
  10. Fresh Coriander, finely chopped, for garnish
  11. 2 cups Cooked Brown Basmati Rice

Directions:
