This Smoky Bhuna Chicken (Oil-Free) is the perfect solution! Packed with deep, smoky flavors and slow-cooked to perfection, this dish delivers everything you love about Bhuna Chicken—without the extra calories.
Why Choose Oil-Free Bhuna Chicken?
Traditional Bhuna Chicken is cooked in generous amounts of oil, adding unnecessary fat and calories. Our version relies on natural fats from yogurt and slow cooking techniques to bring out the same depth of flavor. The smoky touch, achieved through the dhungar method (coal smoking), enhances the dish’s aroma, making it festive and indulgent.
