Ingredients

  • Cookies (crushed) 2 cups
  • Butter (melted) 4 tbs
  • Mango (cubes) as required
  • Fruiti-O Mango Nectar 1 cup
  • Gelatin ½ tsp
  • Corn flour/Custard 4 tbs
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar 4 tbs
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Mango (slices) for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Method

  1. Start by crushing the cookies and adding melted butter to the mixture. Once folded evenly, arrange the mixture on a pie plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes. You can also allow the mixture to cool down at room temperature.
  2. While your cookie mixture is sitting in the refrigerator to set, prepare the custard by adding mango cubes, Fruiti-O Mango Nectar, and add gelatin in it.
  3. Once our cookie mixture and the custard are ready, pour the cookie mixture evenly into a glass baking dish, then pour the custard over the cookie base. Place the custard in a fridge and let it cool for 1 hour.
  4. Once our pie is ready, garnish it with mango slices, cream, and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
