Ingredients

  • Prawns 300 gms
  • Chilli Sauce 3 tbs
  • Lemon peel 1 tbsp
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Tom yum paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 2 units
  • Onion 1 unit
  • Green Chilli 8-10 units
  • Lemon Juice 3 tbs
  • Chicken cube 2-3 units
  • Corn flour (as per need)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Green coriander (for garnish)

Method

  1. Making the soup : Fill water in a pan and add prawns, chicken cubes, lemon peel, and green chillies. Cook them for ½ hour and then add mushroom, tom yum paste, tomato, onion, green chillies, Shangrila Chilli Sauce, green coriander, and salt.
  2. Thickening the soup : Cook it for 8 to 10 minutes and then add corn flour in the pan. Dish out the mixture and serve it with the garnish of coriander and Lemon Juice.
  3. Serving : To enhance the taste, serve with Chilli Sauce, Vinegar and Soy Sauce.
