Ingredients

  • Boiled kidney beans - 1 cup
  • Black eye beans - 1 cup
  • French beans - 1 cup
  • Ice burg - 1 cup diced
  • Onions - ½ cup chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 cup chopped
  • Tomatoes chopped - ½ cup
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Shangrila Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - ½ cup
  • Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Grab a large mixing bowl. Add all the beans and veggies.
  2. Now prepare the dressing, mixing all ingredients well.
  3. Top the Salad with dressing and toss it well.
