Ingredients
- Boiled kidney beans - 1 cup
- Black eye beans - 1 cup
- French beans - 1 cup
- Ice burg - 1 cup diced
- Onions - ½ cup chopped
- Cucumber - 1 cup chopped
- Tomatoes chopped - ½ cup
- Coriander - 2 tbsp
- Shangrila Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - ½ cup
- Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1 tbsp
Method
- Grab a large mixing bowl. Add all the beans and veggies.
- Now prepare the dressing, mixing all ingredients well.
- Top the Salad with dressing and toss it well.
