A special breakfast is all you need to pamper yourself on the weekend. Give it a spicy twist while you’re at it!

PeriPeri,Egg,Butter

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 3 large
  • Chicken cubes - 200 gm
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Butter - 60 gm
  • Shangrila Peri Peri Mild Sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Chicken powder - 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper - Freshly ground (as required)
  • Spring onion – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper – 1 tsp

Method

  1. Grab a pan, add half of the butter, chicken cubes and Shangrila Peri Peri Mild Sauce. Cook on medium heat for 10 mins till the chicken is tender and transfer it to a bowl.
  2. Take another bowl, add eggs, chicken powder, and milk. Beat well!
  3. Grease a non-stick pan with remaining half butter. Put in the egg mix to fry.
  4. Now take out the eggs, add cooked chicken.
  5. Now garnish with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and spring onions green leaves.
  6. Serve with French bread toast!
