A special breakfast is all you need to pamper yourself on the weekend. Give it a spicy twist while you’re at it!
Ingredients
- Eggs - 3 large
- Chicken cubes - 200 gm
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Butter - 60 gm
- Shangrila Peri Peri Mild Sauce – 3 tbsp
- Chicken powder - 1 tbsp
- White Pepper - Freshly ground (as required)
- Spring onion – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Method
- Grab a pan, add half of the butter, chicken cubes and Shangrila Peri Peri Mild Sauce. Cook on medium heat for 10 mins till the chicken is tender and transfer it to a bowl.
- Take another bowl, add eggs, chicken powder, and milk. Beat well!
- Grease a non-stick pan with remaining half butter. Put in the egg mix to fry.
- Now take out the eggs, add cooked chicken.
- Now garnish with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and spring onions green leaves.
- Serve with French bread toast!
